HOLIDAY IN A DREAM LOCATION

Our house has been completely rebuilt and enlarged. 
The location is a little outside of the village directly at the edge of the forest at 1200m above sea level, quiet location. Directly at the ski slope.

Arrive by car

From Germany via Salzburg to Radstadt on the motorway (A 10), then stay 18km on highway (B320) to Schladming.

From Vienna towards Linz to Amstetten on the motorway A1, switch then to the A9 to Liezen, afterwards another 50km on hightway B320 to Schladming.

From Italy on the motorway A10 to Eben im Pongau, switch then to the highway B320 and stay 18km until the Exit Schladming.

Booking conditions

While we honor our commitments, bookings are subject to the general terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations. 
Cancellation fees are calculated as follows: 40% of the total booking price for cancellations 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 70% for cancellations 
29 to 7 days prior to arrival, and 100% for cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival, no-shows, or early departures.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance.
