While we honor our commitments, bookings are subject to the general terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations. Cancellation fees in the event of a cancellation are calculated as follows:

60-30 days upon arrival 40%

29 to 7 days 70%, less than 7 days 100%

no show or early departure 100% of the full amount booked for.

We reccomend a Travel insurance.
